The Rock

Some projects are born out of site circumstances or existing conditions. The Rock was such a project. The scope included taking a weather beaten residence in Dillon Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean and giving it new life with new weather resistant materials including stainless steel, copper flashing and cementitious siding.

General Specifications:

1806 square foot Exterior Remodel to a two story single family dwelling with a new 916 square foot multi-level deck.
Wood frame construction with tempered and laminated glass handrails.
