Geyserville Fire Station #3
This is one of our earliest built projects. At the time there wasn’t much attention paid to wildfires in the area and the terminology used to describe a Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) area was not even a part of the building code. It was years before WUI designated areas were even identified and enforced by the local jurisdictions. Fortunately, this little building was operational during the recent Kincade fires which happened two decades after the GFD decided it was a good idea to build it. The foresight on this was 20/20.
